Whitesmiths Group have announced the release of their latest version 2.5 of the Tangara application now offering graphical capability to view any work within a specified radius from the device’s location. There are also some significant updates to Tangara Server with its Data Source Global Cache. There will no longer be any need for each data source to query the data source provider – TRIRIGA, every time a user requests results, or delta results. This significantly reduces the resources required to connect and run Tangara against the data source provider, while providing the results quicker and with greater data capacity.
